Nearby Talk lets iPhones that are physically close talk to each other in a voice room. It has no server and no account.

What we collect

Nothing. Nearby Talk does not collect, store or transmit any data to us or to anyone else. There are no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no third‑party SDKs.

What stays on your phone

What leaves your phone

Your voice and your name are sent directly to the other phones in your room over the local network, Wi‑Fi Aware or Bluetooth. Traffic is end‑to‑end encrypted between devices; nothing passes through a server.
